Anyone who’s worked out at home knows what a huge hassle it can be. You always need to change weights between sets and different exercises. You wind up buying more and more dumbbells so you always have some that fit your current fitness level. It is messy, it takes up room, and it’s super expensive.

That’s why the Powerblock Adjustable 5 to 45 Pounds Per Dumbbell Set can become a real life saver both in terms of space in your home and in terms of cost.

The way these weights work is really quite simple, the handle is situated in the middle of the dumbbell attached to the basic weight. With a small pin you can adjust the weight up to 45 pounds all with one dumbbell. No more mess or falling over weights. There is also a bigger model which goes all the way to 90 lbs if you’re strong enough for it.

Naturally, using an adjustable dumbbell has many advantages. It is fast to adjust and you don’t have to move other dumbbells in the middle of your workout.
